Executive Chef, Nico, places the same emphasis on freshly baked bread as he does with his celebration menus and every plate shines with personality. Skillful chefs create most dishes from start to finish, including preparing beautiful, silky home-made pasta, pizza bases long on flavour, sauces that are familiar yet polished and seafood and vegetables that sing with freshness.
