Settimo Cielo Bali is delighted to welcome to the team Chef Alberto Panciera “Pancio”. An Italian native hailing from the village of Trissino, population of 8000, we are lucky that his journey through the world and his culinary adventure has brought him to the kitchen of Settimo Cielo.

Chef Alberto’s culinary experience started in his hometown, and his travels included countries like Greece, the UK, Australia, China, and Indonesia. His first 8 culinary formative years were in Italy and his passion encompasses all cuisines, but his foundation is Italian. Recently arriving back in Bali after his last position in world famous resort in Sumba, Indonesia.

Chef Alberto has high hopes for Settimo Cielo “Settimo Cielo is a wonderful restaurant. I will do my best to make it successful by cooking with the usual passion, love and positivity and bring it to best Italian restaurant in Bali.”
